Hello and thanks for checking out this page. If you decide to read this book you will learn the proper way of meditation and also you will learn about some supportive exercises. To find out whether this book is for you or not please start with the 10-15 minutes long free sample and if the ideas resonate with you read also the whole book (it will be around 2-3 hours) and than re-read the book, take some notes and practice what you learned on a daily basis which would take you around 10-60 minutes a day that you can easily incorporate into wasteful time-slots like e.g.: when you are standing in lines or while you wash your teeth… On the other hand if you read the sample and if you are not convinced than thank you for getting that far with the reading and maybe next time again by chance... And if you buy this book but later you discover that you are unable to utilize my techniques simply return the book and ask for a full refund.

Some thoughts from the book:

“Meditation is not about controlling your mind, because you don't use your mind while you are in the meditative state.”

“… practice being more aware of the silence between 2 of your thoughts”.

“To get into the total present moment a state-switch is necessary where monitoring the self does not exist.”

“Discover the Unknown through the unusual, by acting differently or by walking the unpaved sign-less path or follow the path if you are on the right one.”

“If you are in the no-mind state, your life will flow according to your accepted beliefs, and it will be regulated by your stone hard habits…, so you can even experience and face … the same situations … you experienced before not stopping your thinking.”

"It can happen while doing your exercises that you experience too much discomfort and even anger e.g.: because of disturbing family life... In these cases I would recommend you to stop the exercises -One hour inner anger and an additional few hours afterwards while blaming your circumstances will not do any good for you and in worst case you will attach many negative feelings to your exercises"

“Put yourself into the experience and you will know”.

Well, probably some of my ideas and teachings will go against everything that you learned and heard about meditation, but if you are ready to see the whole thing from a different point of view, it’s worth to give this book a try.

Thanks again for your time and I hope you will find many useful thoughts in my books and on my websites.

All the best
norbert
