Nell and Rodney Gray have just returned home. Tired, defeated, and incredibly distraught. They contemplate the strength of their marriage and what the future holds for them; if they even have a future.

Waking from a vivid nightmare she thought to be real, the beautiful Nell leaves bed unable to rest, only to find that the front door to their home is wide open. Small, muddy footprints lead down the hall and into the bedroom opposite of her and Rodney's. A child's bedroom with a noticeable red-painted closet door. Inside the closet is Nell and Rodney's daughter, Amberly Gray.
