The Crossing

After awakening from a coma with no memory of the prior six months, James Redman slowly discovers he is gaining strange psychic powers and that the military is watching him. He reconnects with an old flame, Christy Butler, and her precocious five year old son, Davis. James and Davis share a psychic connection to a mysterious dark tower found on Mars. When a strange race of energy vampires begins attacking humanity, the military overreacts; attempting to first capture, and then kill James and Davis. James must retrace his steps back to Mars, aided by the mysterious Blue Lady who lives in the tower.
