Unconscious Patterns in the Light of the Inner Child and NLP

What makes us human is primarily invisible. What makes us TRULY human is ALTOGETHER invisible: honesty, compassion, love, willingness to serve our self and serve others.

Most readers grew up learning our psyche is a locked “black box.” We were taught the contents of our psyche are unknown, probably unknowable. Now we know better. Using NLP, the Inner Child and Energy Medicine methods matured since 1985, many Unconscious Patterns have been uncovered and documented.

How much of our psyche is patterning? Up to 95%. Only 5% of us is NOT patterned, the 5% of us where active, deliberate, conscious choice occurs. Soul is choice.

Because our unconscious is highly patterned, we can understand these patterns. We simply need to play the Blind Detective Game.

Hundreds, maybe millions of Unconscious Patterns exist. What one book can do is:

- Show Unconscious Patterns are basic in all psychology,

- Show Unconscious Patterns are worth learning for purposes of self-healing and/or client work,

- Show how NLP Metaprograms was only Day One of UPs,

- Outline some major and minor categories of patterns.

The more aware we are of our own Unconscious Patterns, the less likely we are to be run by them. The more aware, the more likely we are to "be at choice." Soul is choice.
