Retrieving Canceled Memories of a UFO Encounter Decades in the Past

While driving about midnight just north of the Rio Grande border between Texas and Mexico in December 1957, the author sighted a group of orange lights moving rapidly back and forth in the night sky. His focused alertness was quickly replaced by an intense sleepiness, causing him to park his car and fall asleep for about seven hours. Upon awakening, he had no memories relating to this period of unconsciousness. In January 1994 the author finally decided to consult a psychic reader in an attempt to retrieve his apparently cancelled memories of this encounter.
