Book 2 - The Redemption Series. Avi's father, who abused her, tries to reestablish a relationship with her by visiting her office, speaking to her boss, and attending her wedding, uninvited. Avi and Matt honeymoon in Israel. They help Sally leave her abusive husband, and Avi becomes a spokesperson for a crisis abuse center. Avi job changes with the opening of new Kamrowski Financial satellite office, and Matt runs for sheriff. Her life has turned around, and she is married to her soul mate. After the birth of their child, they lose custody of a foster child, leaving a void in their lives.
