The Race

We all stood behind the starting line, eight of us from different nationality within 21 and 25 years of age. It had always been my dream to compete among the best in the world. This was my first appearance in the World Junior Championship. I took a look at my rivals, they looked more confident and determined than l was. I suddenly felt the shivers and fear run down my spine.
