Re-set the fantasy world of Idhua, the classic Brothers Grimm’s tale of a soldier’s deal with the devil, becomes the tale of Henrick trying to survive the failure of his magical implants after the fall of the Ocillian Empire and the end of their elite mage-warriors, known as the Padronelle. Believing the world will never accept him, Henrick is surprised to discover that he can find a home, even while wrapped in a magical bearskin for seven years ... only to have it threatened by the very magician who helped him.
