Admit to Mayhem: Lillian Dove Mystery

None of us want to admit our lives are unmanageable. We prefer the charade of control. So, too, for Lillian Dove when she becomes an eyewitness to arson. This recent case of arson links to a criminal cold case sixty-five years past, which killed an entire Frytown, Iowa family. Lillian asks around about the cold case and decides her only choice is to investigate. Only, no one in the community is willing to dig up secrets best left buried. As Lillian moves closer to the truth, she is warned by the police to let them handle the situation. The evidence she finds is ignored by Chief Kaefring and Detective of Major Crimes Jacque Leveque. Still, she's not dissuaded. In fact, Lillian embraces the choices she can control. She pulls skeletons out of the closet. Makes her own threats, forcing HER suspect no other choice but to find a way to stop her.
