Transitional Authority of Supplement Control (TASC) agent, Carter Reed, embarks on a routine inspection of the budding Eastern Division, inadvertently sparking a conflict that would eventually define him.

Upon arrival, it appears that the sprawling, frozen urban landscape of Moscow was a shock to the system but by no means one’s greatest adversary. The young, yet experienced officer is greeted with a new threat; a breaker that soars through the breeze, propelled by engines that emit the blackest of smoke which conceal the wearers true intentions.

Embark on a new mission that follows Reed at the early stages of his career. Stepping into the most unlikely of scenarios and combating the burglar of a new age.
