End of the 21st century, city of New Glory. A humanoid named Stilk was manifested through a secret experiment of occultism and science.He has a vast variety of abilities which he discovers little by little. At the same time he has to figure out the reasons behind his existence, his empathic relationship with his creator, dr. Annabelle Darshal and his connection with the monstrous entities, the 'Nightmares'. Tim Vince, a security guard, unexpectedly got to meet with Annabelle and Stilk. After his severe injuring from a conflict with spies, he was saved by Annabelle's operation that resulted to him acquiring a bionic hand and a tail, thus his nickname 'Metal Tim'. The duo is called to face the monsters that took away Annabelle's life and now threaten to do the same with the people of their city. At the same time they both discover the range of their abilities, how to support each other's personal problems and stay united as they discover the deeper reasons behind their confluence, new allies, unexpected foes and the possibility of Stilk becoming the primary threat.
