While watching the craziness inside a saloon, a cowboy ponders the life and choices that led him and the others to this moment in their life. He reflects on his fathers words of advice and comes to realize that what he had told him was correct: Life is about choices. The cowboy ends up laying face down in the street and takes another good look at himself, but it's through the eyes and comments of others.
He rides out of town under the moonlight and star filled sky. Shortly after he makes camp for the night, he encounters someone he'd met once before, but it's only after he shoots his gun at her does he realize it's the same woman who had followed him on a different occasion.
The spell of the moon, and the touch of a woman combine in this tale about a cowboy that faces his destiny under the star filled canopy of the desert.
