The Housewife and the Hitchhiker 2: The Hitcher's Tale

Kate, a free-spirited festival-goer hitchiking to Glastonbury in 1995, is picked up by Julie, a repressed and dissatisfied housewife. They are taken on a voyage of discovery neither will forget.

Excerpt

"...I sipped some more wine. Lets see how curious she is “What about you? Ever tried a walk on the wild side?”
“What? Oh, you mean have I ever, um, been with a woman. No” She sipped her wine, obviously nervous and flustered. And why’s that? I thought. Perhaps I misinterpreted her reaction in the car.
“Never?” I replied “Not even at school? Never ‘practise’ kissing with your best friend? Never go to your best friend’s house and compare the changes puberty was making to you both? Never spent the night spooning with a friend at a sleepover? I did all of those and whereas I was gay I’m pretty sure they weren’t”
As I revealed the sordid details of my misspent youth, Julie blushed really deeply. That’s so sexy, I thought and started to feel really turned on by the thought that I might be able to seduce her “No”, Julie replied, “I’ve never done anything like that” She drank some more wine to avert her eyes from me, but when she looked back I could see… desire?
Nothing ventured… “Well, if you want to see what you missed out on, I’m here.” I said, smiling as seductively as I could.
“I thought you said I was safe with you”, Julie replied, smiling and laughing nervously. But again I could see desire in her eyes. I wonder if she’s aware of it?
Lets find out. “I said that I wouldn’t do anything that you don’t want me to. And I meant it.” I reached over and put my wine glass down, moving closer to Julie in the process. “So, what do you want, Julie? Would you like me to kiss you?...”
