Dance of Duty and Love is all about Ikenga, the ideal young teacher who left other options to pursue a teaching career because of his passion for the training of the young. However, in his new school where he was made the vice-principal, he found his efforts being thwarted by the grossly inept and morally bankrupt school system and hierarchy. Also, he became increasingly distracted by the love triangle he found himself in—with a fellow teacher, Ifunanya and a student, Ukamaka (the beauty queen). But just when he had despaired and given up, the unexpected happened.
