Sea Heart

Remi Delaney has never gone out into the world. After concluding his education in France, his brother wants him in the Caribbean island of Saint Loïs, where the young man has to go in order to get married. The journey to the New World is long and exciting... even if it includes seasickness and being kidnapped by pirates.

Aloys Van Bartel is the doctor on board the Liberté: a man of the world accustomed to live among pirates. He will be put in charge of the new hostage, whose strong will and innate curiosity he will find irresistible... as much as his beautiful blue eyes.

As time passes, feelings will emerge and Remi will discover a new world which he was not expecting... and a future that perhaps he wants more than he should.
