The Dizziness Of Freedom: Book III Of The Inversion Chronicles

In Book I, we were introduced to Alex5, soldier, scientist, teacher, and captain of the ship that carried four thousand survivors from a poisoned Earth in search of a new home. Inversion 1, the planet they eventually settle on, is an inhospitable world and it takes all their resourcefulness to survive.

Book II continued Alex5's story while introducing us to a host of new characters, both human and alien, and followed their progress as their burgeoning civilisation is turned on its head by both medical and sociological upheavals.

In Book III, the struggle between Inversion citizens and the Executive, an all powerful entity manipulated by the creature Hekal, intensifies. The Resistance, aided by persecuted Changers, grows in size and efficacy. Drastic and dangerous measures become Hekal's sole solution, measures that cause tragedy on both sides.
