Personal Poetic Points

Personal Poetic Points is a collection of short poems on various aspects of life, institutions and an individual whose efforts had a profound effect on the quality of life in his adopted hometown. Among the poems are Scrappy Guns, on the 1996 Playoff performance of the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars; The AIMS World, which focuses on a residential school that I've attended as a non-residential day student; Ode To Jerry, about the contributions of a German immigrant named Jerry Alden and its effect on the quality of life in his adopted hometown: and Regie's Journey, which tells the story of Regina Lee, which is representative of many disenfranchised peoples. In short, it deals
with various aspects of life and some of those who contribute to the fabric of life.
