World of En Mariner & Ibella

Not quite human, yet all too human—an anti-hero fueled equally by love and a lust for revenge enters a swirling tornado of witches, booze-swilling ghosts and treacherous mercenaries in a world totally alien from ours, yet not so different.

The Adventures of En Mariner & Ibella tells the tale of En Mariner, a larger-than-life being, who after being imprisoned for 87 years on the island of ToraIsla escapes Plague Prison and goes in search of the love of his life, Ibella, and the man who betrayed him, Captain John Bach. En Mariner visits various parts of ToraIsla and the neighboring islands of Twin Islands, QueensRuin and Magistrate Island. Along the way, he befriends many colorful characters who join him on his journey to rescue Ibella.

Ibella, who is far from your typical damsel in distress, plots her escape from Tox coven while waiting for an opportune moment to test her most recent theory. That a weaker, younger witch, can be killed same as anyone else without the use of Azice poison.

Join En Mariner as he steps into a war between the mercenary army of Drazin and the protectors of ToraIsla before sailing off to Twin Islands, the home of many witch covens. On the island of QueensRuin, he'll get his wish and confront John Bach on QueensRuin, and after battling a series of gangs on Magistrate Island, he'll finally see Ibella again. Along the way, Captain Lang, the Marianas brothers, Gorin and others will befriend En Mariner in an effort to help rescue Ibella and to kill the man who betrayed him, John Bach.

The Adventures of En Mariner & Ibella is the first story by author David Westly. His second book, Erik & Derik - The Homicidal Twins will soon be published along with his next series, Kanan Dume Rage Girls. He currently resides in Southern California.
