Rerish which is an evil organization has a branch office in Japan. It started to raid a bank with a cyborg that Dr.Takigawa made. The SHADOWMAN, the member of the International Pease Cooperation System confronts it and defeat it. However Dr.Takigawa made the third cyborg, the invisible man and make it raid a bank and a shop of jewelry. The SHADOWMAN fights against it bravely.
