Handling Depression

This book is about how to handle depression. I have a major depression disorder and I have managed to survive through these suicidal thoughts. Since I can do it, I believe others can do it too, and this book is all the secrets of how I achieved this. It has general tricks of how to achieve to be positive, and to have a better lifetime.
