Daily Wisdom from the Scriptures; a year-long devotional based on Psalms and Proverbs

Daily Wisdom from the Scriptures is a one-year journey through the wisdom of the Scriptures in three hundred sixty-six succinct steps taken from the books of psalms and proverbs. The book of Psalms, or the hymnal of the Jewish nation, is the largest book in the Bible. It was written by King David and many other authors over a thousand-year period ending roughly around 550 BC, and deal with a wide range of topics. Most significant is the fact that Jesus quoted from the book of Psalms more than any other book in the Old Testament. All believers need daily nourishment and encouragement from the Scriptures. The best spiritual maintenance plan I have found consists of a routine reading from the Psalms and Proverbs.
