Kevin McCloud has just received the breakup from his girlfriend he thought he would marry someday. The money he makes isn't good enough for her. As time goes by for the depressed young African American man living in Los Angeles. One particular evening Kevin hangs out with friends at a night club. He hears all about the sexual adventures in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil with beautiful Brazilian beauties. That does it for Kevin; he takes the necessary steps to fly out of the country for the first time looking for sexual trysts of his own and possibly find a woman he could fall in love with and maybe make his wife. The new explorer encounters more than just that when he meets a rich beautiful and alluring Brazilian woman named Carolyn. Kevin is suddenly in a race to save himself in a deadly plot he walked into. The desperate tourist does everything he can to get out of Rio in one piece. Being International is more than just having sexual fun, its surviving in a web of deceit and murderous revenge.
