This first volume is comprised of essays originally published between 2009 and 2010 on the front page of www.bushido-kai.net .
After the first essay, the next 65 are more or less about the dojo experience. Some are geared to prospects that have never entered a dojo (place to study the way: training hall), others are intended for beginners, still others for intermediate and advanced students.
In the later essays, Hanshi (master instructor) Annesi opines on Mixed Martial Arts and several other.
What was originally intended as a stimulus for prospective martial artists to take action, and make a reasonably self-enhancing decision about where and what art to study, became a stimulus for martial artists around the world to think more deeply about the arts they already study and martial world of which they are a part.
