I Inhale Confidence

The thoughts that you think and the words that you speak are powerful and have power over your life. This is the lesson that I had to learn when I was rebuilding my confidence. I had to learn how to stand in front of the mirror and think and speak only positive thoughts and words over myself. During this process I read and wrote several affirmations in my journal that I still speak over myself daily.
And as I work with other women in rebuilding their confidence I find that affirmations are beneficial to everyone and therefore, I decided to share my affirmations with you.
This book contains 21 affirmations that I speak over myself regularly and I highly recommend that you do the same. You can read one per day and keep it as your thought for the day or you can read the entire book and refer back to the ones you need the most depending on your current situations. The choice of how to use this book is your decision, I simply recommend that you add affirmations to your daily practice.
