Drugs, money, bitches and murder this is what Tim lived for. His life takes a turn for the absolute worst and brings him to his lowest point when his twin brother is murdered in the cold streets of DC. Left to not only grieve his brothers murder, but to also find the person or people responsible by any means necessary. Tim is ready to burn the whole DMV down to avenge his brothers death. No one is safe and everyone is a suspect.
