Sean Legg, the Chief Minister of the Isle of Man Government is taken prisoner and the kidnappers' demands are, to say the least, unusual. Sean's partner, Sandy, is in no mood to acceed to their wishes and enlists the help of a small group of former Special Services operatives to rescue Sean. Meanwhile, Clemence Quirk and Elinore Kinrade, an inquisitive pair of young teeenagers, discover a secret that leads them into conflict with the kidnappers. Eventually the blood flows, but whose blood is it? And what the heck is a Manx politician doing swimming fully clothed in the harbour at one o'clock in the morning? Only one way to find out...
