In the town of Raboo, where the only thing that goes is what Queen Nabaroo wills, is it too much to ask for something different? Rose Maidelaiden, a talented seamstress, has high hopes to present the Queen with something new at the Queen's Festival---she can't possibly deny change if it's in the form of a gift! Only Rose has a long way to go after she accidently gets on the Queen's bad side, when she throws mud in the Prince's face.
