An Icy Road to a Warm Heart

Dominique Miller is desperate to get back home to her family in Alabama for the holidays in order to escape an abusive ex-boyfriend. And after leaving a roadside diner it looks like her plan as failed, at least until Edgar Himura comes to her aide.

Driving truck across the country before continuing on to meet his family in Georgia, Edgar Himura notices Dominique unmoving in her car. Worried about the woman, he feels drawn to her and stays with her until the police arrive. Then feeling oddly protective of her, he offers to drive the young woman to her family.

The simple offer changes their lives as they find themselves both fighting against her ex. Can love grow on their dark, wintery road to survival?
