JUSTICE DELAYED
Jack Coots is a burglar of churches because they usually have utensils of gold and silver which can be melted down so the metal can't be traced. Twice during his career, two people were accidently killed and Jack has evaded discovery for these crimes. Jack's mother cautions her son to not go out this evening because she has a premonition. He assures her that he'll be careful as always and at the first sign of trouble, he'll hurry home. Jack doesn't realize that the time has come to meet his nemesis. Jack becomes his own avenging angel is this surprise ending.

SIR HAROLD FINCH FINDS A TREASURE
Jean Edwards and Leonard Case is a young couple who would be married if they could just afford it. Leonard's Uncle Roland recently died and has promised they couple a vast fortune and the couple must first find out where it's hidden. They've scoured the house and started to dig up the garden without success. A BBC reported introduces the couple to Sir Harold Finch, an amateur detective in the manner of Lord Peter Wimsey, who agrees to help the young people find their inheritance. Leonard tries to keep an open mind but Jean is convinced that consulting Sir Harold is a big waste of time. The couple is stunned when the treasure is revealed under their very noses.

SIR HAROLD TO THE RESCUE
Marlene Fleming is a rising young starlet on the London stage who happens to have a dark secret. Her early life was in the slums of Liverpool where her secret lies and she hopes will remain buried. Then one day notes begin to arrive that hint that money paid will insure the secret never makes the light of day. Marlene's maid, Amy Trapp sees this blackmail attempt as a threat to her eventual retirement and sets out to find someone who will make this threat disappear. She is led to Sir Harold Finch who promises to rid the starlet of this menace to her personal life. The ending is surprising.
