The Palmetto, Part Three

Congaree's counterculture, including the people of the Palmetto, try to find creative ways of dealing with an increasingly organized resistance from the authorities. Ronnie is involved in this struggle as he becomes editor of an alternative paper, and continues searching for love and sanity.
