After being rejected for doing what is right, Tara leaves the pine woods of Louisiana for the snowy state of Iowa. She is now surrounded by new sights, new people, and snow she must find a way to make a life for herself. The woods around her tiny cabin are filled with creatures she's never encountered before. Some want to protect, some want to kill her, and two desperately want her love. Can she overlook their curse to see the human within?
