The Treasures Of Summerville

Perry T. Montague grew up on a farm in Tennessee. His love of history and small towns helped him discover the fascinating sport of metal detecting. As his family grew with obligations to work, daily chores, plus moving to a larger city, he was unable to pursue his hobby as much as he would like, so he decided to write a book incorporating colorful characters along with an exciting treasure hunt. Yes, Perry does get to pull out his detector and blow the dust off of it and sweep over a few forgotten fields from time to time, however, writing this story was even more satisfying. It is his hope that The Treasures of Summerville will be enjoyed by people of all ages and parents will feel good about reading it to their children.
