Section 3 – Shri Ram in Action
• Begin with the Aranya Kand, where Shri Ram enters into the Dandaka forest and the main action of the story begins.
• See battle with demon Khar as a reference to the Vishudha Chakra.
• See Ravan as the ego/Ahamkar of a normal person as opposed to an evil demon king.
• See Kishkindha as the Anahat Chakra, and review the several hundred references to it.
• See the event where Lord Hanuman meets mother Sita as the first contact of pran with the energy locked up in the Muladhar by the ego/Ahamkar.

Section 4 – Invasion of Lanka
• Begin with the invasion of Lanka, and interpret events of the war with respect to the body.
• Review the real nature of Shri Ram and mother Sita as mentioned in several verses by sage Valmiki.
• Interpret the crowning ceremony of Shri Ram as Samadhi, and review reverences to the Sahastrar in the ceremony.
