World War 2 is over and the boys are home. Everyone it happy and ready to move on with their lives. In the small town of Green Vale not every is fine. The son of a count who was a war hero has been killed by a hit and run driver. The whole town knows it was Tommy, the son of the richest man in town. Stll they help cover up the crime including Connie Lee. They have no idea to what extent the count will go to avenge his son's death
