Caesar's best friend, James, is obsessed with the world above the water. Growing up together after the disappearance of Caesar's mother, he is starting to fall for his best friend. The only problem? James is falling in love too, but to a human. Caesar wishes for his love to stay happy, so he decides to help him become human. The price they pay for the change might be too much for them.
