How To Get Out Of An Uninhabitable Apartment

I am originally from Wyandotte County, Kansas City, Kansas. At times, I go back home. I made a complete disaster when I went back and landed at the Quail Creek apartments off of 72nd Street and State Avenue. I wanted to be close to the KCKCC campus. Quail Creek is absolutely disgusting.... Wyandotte County is a very strange place with weird people.
