Overview:
Pizza Date with a Romanian, a multicultural, BBW EROTIC novella, is part of the Stone Cottage Books new line of steamy "Sex and the Work Week" mini romances.
Book Excerpt:
"Divine," I croon, "I haven't eaten pizza in ages."
"Why not?" Sebastian arches his head to the side, "I thought you liked pizza?"
"Oh I do," I mutter between bites, "But I've been on a diet."
A frown covers my boss's handsome face, "Why? You look fine to me."
I can feel my skin flush with heat from his words, "I need to lose a few pounds."
"Nonsense," Sebastian waves me off, "You look perfect. Why do you think you need to lose weight?"
I bite my bottom lip, suddenly unable to eat any more, "My ex left me because I'm too heavy," the words leave my mouth softly, barely above a whisper. Embarrassment quickly floods my body, forcing me to look down at the floor.
Sebastian sets his pizza down on his plate and sighs, "And you're losing weight to get back with this man?"
I swallow hard to try to quell the lump forming in the back of my throat, "I don't know if this is a topic I should be discussing with my boss."
Sebastian's light hued skin quickly begins to flush with embarrassment, "You're right. I'm very sorry for prying," he reaches for his pizza and begins eating.
Feeling sorry for him, I swallow the lump and try to open up. "I don't want him back."
"You don't?" Sebastian arches an eyebrow. I think I hear the sound of relief in his voice.
"No," I shake my head, "But I know that I'm not getting any younger and I don't want to be alone for forever. American men tend to shy away from curvy women like me, so if I don't want to be alone, I need to work on slimming down."
"Perhaps," Sebastian says softly, "You need to stop looking for American men," his dark brown eyes look up at me, sending a chill through my body.
A soft sigh escapes my lips as I stare back at him. The way he's staring at me, I can tell right away that there is a dark meaning behind his words. Rapidly, the muscles deep below my stomach begin to tighten with desire. I grip the armrests of the chair, unable to move or react, completely bewitched by the dark Romanian eyes staring back at me.
Rising up, he slowly makes his way towards me. His dark eyes never stray from mine as he places his hands on either side of me against the chair, strong forearms flexing against the fabric of his dress shirt. The 'casual Friday' jeans suit him much better than the designer attire he usually sports. My panties quickly dampen as Sebastian's hulking frame leans in closer to me.
"Would you like me to show you how a beautiful, curvy woman should be treated?"
I shift my weight uneasily against the chair, "Yes," I hear myself whisper.
