Hello, My name is Ben Bailey and for the last 30 plus years I have worked in ICU or ER in hospitals across the United States. I have seen first hand what being overweight does to the individual, the problems that are created, the deaths that result and the homes and families that suffer from not facing the overweight problem.  I have been asked many times to offer advise on how to lose weight and so I compiled information that would help anyone on their journey to lose weight.
