The "Faith of Health and Fitness" is a book that attempts to strengthen an individual's spirit and thought life in the areas of physical and spiritual fitness. Simply put, "The Faith of Health and Fitness" tries to uncover and then provide remedies to the "Spiritual Root" causes of weight gain, illness and addiction.
The Apostle Paul writes in Ephesians 6:12 "...we wrestle not against flesh and blood..."
If Paul is correct, then our battle with weight gain, diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis and cancer, may have a spiritual beginning which led to these physical conditions. "The Faith of Health and Fitness" is a beginner's level attempt to try and uncover these spiritual beginnings while having faith that if we choose to follow biblical mandates, we may be able to have victory over these and other illnesses.
