The next assignment for the Cost Gard, was some shooting on an island. This time Joe was kidnapped by some Arabic men, and with helicopter taken to a large ship. As soon as they landed, an atom bomb was secured under the shopper. Joe had been told to stay in the shopper, he, as soon as the bomb was secured, started the shopper, and stole it. It was later found out that the bomb was to make California dry. So, because of Joe's shopper license, this attack was taken care of.
