PERCY The Goose That Wanted To Be An Ostrich

Come along with a young gosling named Percy, who, from day one, realizes that he is different, and by the reactions of others around him, he thinks that being different may not be a good thing.
So begins his journey to become something else instead. On Growing by Grace Farm where Percy was hatched, there are many kinds of animals. Percy goes in search of who he really is. He may not even be a goose after all.
What Percy does know for sure is that he does not want to be different. With the help of some new friends he makes on the farm, Percy begins to find out that God has a purpose for each of us. We just need to stop, listen, and learn to be happy where God has placed us.
Our children today face some difficult issues. Being different, bullying, peer pressure, one parent, no parents, and the list goes on. The Percy books help children with these issues. Even if our child is not facing one of these issues, they may have a friend who is. Percy stresses the importance of our children, knowing they can rely on and trust us. It also shows them their heavenly Father loves them, and He too is there for them.

Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it. (Proverbs 22:6)
