One Foot In Heaven

Have you ever asked God if He was crazy? I almost did that very thing. One day I felt God impress upon my heart to write a book. There was no doubt He was speaking to me. I could only reply, "I have trouble reading books Lord, and let me remind you, I am a high school dropout." These were my excuses. The good Lord shared with me that it was the right time to tell my story and how it had to be told. The Lord had spoken to me of my physical need for a healing: "Ask anything you want and I will give it to you." But alongside the Lord's promise, I heard the lies of the Devil taunting me as he had right before the amputation. "I am going to steal your leg," he had said.
