The main findings of this study included: (a) a well-defined mission and vision, which is essential to develop shared understanding between internal and external stakeholders; (b) employee-focused leadership, which is key strategy to increase employees motivation and engagement at the workplace; (c) core corporate value, which promotes a positive social change in the community through self-regulated corporate citizenship and social responsibility; and (d) consistency strategy, which is important to create synergy through successful collaboration and integration of departmental functions.
