One beautiful morning you're walking along the beach, and you stumble upon three kilos of cocaine. What do you do? If you're Sam, you would want to know where they came from, where they were going, and how they washed ashore, and while you're at it, who owns them. He is fascinated by the mechanics of a crime. To Sam a crime is like a machine, only when you understand it completely can you "fix" it.
