CAMEROON: The Haunted Heart of Africa

Cameroon is the only country in Africa where those who campaigned, fought and died for the country's freedom and independence from colonial rule have never made it to power, where the ideas and ideals of these Cameroonian civic-nationalists (union-nationalists) are still being suppressed by the unpopular system the colonial master put in place in the country.

This oppressive French-imposed system keeps the country trapped in poverty, underdevelopment, corruption, dictatorship, despondency and cynicism, making it the most mismanaged country in Africa, despite the dynamism of the Cameroonian people.
