If you could live anywhere in the world you wanted to, where would it be? This sounds like an easy question. So, thoughts would run through your head of laying on a clean sandy secluded beach in front of your house or sitting on a rock overlooking a lake up in the mountains right next to your quiet cabin. Then the reality of life sets in like being away from family or getting the kids to school even everyday shopping can be a task. I think life is not a dream and the only control you have on life is how you react to all the loved ones around you.

Joe and his family are the kind of people who have had to decide what was best for them after their tragedy hit them so hard. First was the people that were depending on them for their livelihoods, then controlling a neighborhood landmark that people for generations loved and wanted it to stay. The properties and its income needed constant care.

All of this didn't hit his family as hard as this funnyman. But Joe was a guy that made sure his family was always part of his decisions even if he had to make a tuff change in their life. Like Joe always said "life is like a shit sandwich, the more bread you got the less shit you gotta eat." He knew the quote wasn't his but he liked using it.

This story is about dreams, hopes and things in life that you must deal with, whether you want to or not. Losing a family member is hard but losing a both parents at once is brutal. Joe was the only heir to his family and had no idea what to do, all he knew is he had pick up the pieces and try to move forward as best he can.
