Neel Varma built his first computer before he was a teenager. It's 2013 and he is now an MIT graduate working as a customer service representative in down town Dallas, TX earning just above minimum wage.

He processes hundreds of calls a week and many of these customers are very angry. Although an introvert and good guy at heart, he utilizes his computer genius skills to track down and humorously pay retribution to his meanest callers to relieve stress in this witty short story.
