2017 California Pharmacy Law

This book contains the California statutes that comprise the Pharmacy Act of the Business and Professions Code, selected sections of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act of the Health & Safety Code, sections dealing with patient privacy in the Civil Code, and pharmacy regulations adopted by the board included in Title 17, Chapter 16 of the California Code of Regulations. It includes enactments through the end of the 2014 Regular Legislative Session.
