Infernal Enlightenment

After narrowly escaping the Empire, the demon bards are ready to make trouble for their tormentors. Skel will travel to a city in rebellion to aid and encourage dissent within the empire that persecuted him. His new sister in law, the sword master Svana, will accompany him. Scarred, stunted, and unsure of his own abilities, Skel will begin to learn swordplay. Between intrigue and swordsmanship, Skel will begin to teach Svana in the ways of magic and discover a power within her that he does not understand and cannot control. Between sword lessons and magical instructions they must navigate the politics of a city in rebellion, make questionable alliances and find time for ale and mischief.
