Joey has a time problem. He's seven on one side of the dreamline, and 30 on the other - - simultaneously. The older version has fallen for famous dancer, Eleanor Powell, which brings its own set of difficulties. But, what happens when the seven-year old's brain bleeds across the border, weaves island fantasies and starts making decisions? It all goes outrageously weird.
